Prophecy International Holdings Ltd (Prophecy or the Company) advises that Brad Thomas CEO has resigned from the Company.
Brad was appointed as CEO in 2017, having joined the Company in 2016. He has played an important role over the last eight years in advancing both emite and Snare, and growing their international operations.
The Board thanks Brad for past efforts and wishes him all the best for the future.
As of today our Chairman Ed Reynolds will assume the role of acting CEO for the Company and, with the support of the other directors and other senior management, will guide the Company until a new executive is appointed to take on the CEO position.
