Complexica Pty Ltd, a leading provider of Artificial Intelligence (AI) software for supply & demand optimisation, announced today that Mark MacLellan will be joining the company as Director of Ports & Logistics. A seasoned software industry executive, Mark will provide Complexica with leadership within the ports and logistics sector, which is one of the company's key market verticals. With more than 20 years of experience gained from software development, management consulting, and military intelligence, Mark brings a relentless energy and proven ability to achieve results.
Mark joins Complexica from The Civica Group, an international software business focused on the public sector supporting more than 3,000 major customers across 10 countries. During his time with Civica, Mark successfully led two of the largest and most complex implementation programs being the Department for Education of South Australia and the Victoria Infringement, Enforcement and Warrants. He also joins Complexica after a significant year of growth and development for the company, where the business was named one of Australia's Top 20 Tech Companies, announced three investment rounds totalling $19 million, added multiple iconic brands as customers such as Arnott's and Asahi, published The Rise of Artificial Intelligence, and moved head office into the Complexica Building as well as opened a new Sydney office.
