Adam leads the commercial side of Complexica's AI Automation business unit, where he is responsible for building the pipeline of automation engagements and shaping how Complexica brings its AI capabilities to market. Working closely with the unit's technical team, he helps customers identify where AI automation can deliver the greatest commercial value, and turns those opportunities into well-scoped engagements with clear business outcomes. Adam draws on a background spanning corporate development and entrepreneurship, giving him both a strategic view of how organisations grow and first-hand experience of building ventures from the ground up. This combination underpins his commercial perspective on adopting new technology — helping businesses move beyond experimentation to AI systems that deliver measurable results. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from the University of Adelaide.
