Spiros Kaye, Head of AI Automation
Spiros leads the technical side of Complexica's AI Automation business unit and specialises in turning frontier AI research into systems that deliver commercial results. Combining AI research with forward-deployed engineering, Spiros translates complex business requirements into working systems and leads technical delivery from design and integration through to evaluation, deployment and governance. At Complexica, he has developed several agent systems that automate and enhance work in areas such as legal, support and software development.
Spiros holds a Bachelor of Entrepreneurial Transformation from Bond University, with a specialist stream in Artificial Intelligence. Outside of work, his hobbies include weightlifting, reading and further researching AI for the love of the field.
