Complexica Pty Ltd, a leading provider of Artificial Intelligence software for optimising sales & marketing activities, announced today that it has signed a contract with Coventry Group (ASX: CYG) for the delivery of its cloud-based Order Management System (OMS). Coventry will use OMS along with Larry, the Digital Analyst® to provide its telesales operators and in-field reps with intelligent quotation and guided selling capabilities.

Larry will join Coventry’s workforce as a Digital Analyst, tasked with analysing large internal and external datasets on a 24/7 basis to provide customers with win-win outcomes through Complexica's Order Management System (OMS). Larry will serve as a recommendation engine within Coventry’s transactional environment to provide customers with personalised offers and automated insights, initially through telesales operators and in-field sales reps, and later through Coventry’s online store.
