This podcast explains how best to navigate the hype often associated with AI versus the reality of its use in decision support systems. While AI is often already in use within businesses, Complexica CEO Matt Michalewicz explains the importance of identifying a business problem to solve rather than implementing AI simply for AI’s sake. Artificial Intelligence can add real benefits through supply & demand optimisation, reaching into sales, marketing, supply chain and production systems and processes.
Arnott's Group Signs Contract with Complexica for end-to-end Trade Promotion Management and Trade Promotion Optimisation
Complexica Pty Ltd, a leading provider of Artificial Intelligence software for supply & demand optimisation, announced today that Arnott’s Group has selected Complexica's Decision Cloud® software platform for trade promotion management (TPM) to be implemented in 2022. This new contract will extend Arnott’s deployment of Complexica’s Promotional Campaign Manager (PCM) for Trade Promotion Optimisation and AI-based demand forecasting, both of which kicked-off earlier this year.
“Arnott’s is one of Australia's largest producers of biscuits and the diversity of our sales channels adds complexity to our operation – particularly in how we forecast and manage our trade spend, with customer sales data that is varied across sell-out, sell-in, and ex-factory,” said Shannon Davidson, Arnott’s Director, Commercial & IBP. "We run different product promotion combinations, promo mechanics, and frequencies across our accounts and channels so it’s not difficult to understand why we turned to Complexica’s best-in-class system for end-to-end Trade Promotion Management and Trade Promotion Optimisation.”
Complexica Pty Ltd, a leading provider of Artificial Intelligence software for optimising sales, marketing, & supply chain decisions, announced today that it has signed a contract with Costa Group to develop a digital strategy and roadmap for the business. Under the contract, Complexica will look at modernising the market trading model through online capabilities that enable self-service, the capture of orders electronically, a live view into stock positions and pricing, and an omni-channel experience for all customers.
“We have partnered with Complexica to develop an end-state digital vision and roadmap for Costa Group, which would provide a unified experience for customers across all online and offline channels, including mobile, e-commerce, social media, field sales, as well as market trading floors,“ said Damian Bourne, General Manager of Costa Group Farms & Logistics. “We look forward to working with the Complexica team on this strategic engagement to develop an omni-channel technology and marketing strategy for Costa Group.”
Artificial Intelligence in sales is already here and the top-tier companies are reengineering their processes to take advantage of next generation automation. Watson (IBM), Einstein (Salesforce), Larry (Complexica) and Amy (x.ai) are our sidekicks. The key is to channel Iron Man - part man, part machine. Embrace the salesbots for hyper-productivity and effectiveness or be replaced.
Imagine if you could automagically crunch data and prioritize the leads that have the highest propensity to close? Bots are already doing this. Larry, from Complexica, just won the 2018 Innovation Award from the Australian Information Industry Association. Complexica has an opportunity identifier for transactional sales. Say you’re a sales rep in the wine industry. You have hundreds of licensed premises in your territory, and knowing who is best to call and what to talk about, beyond your (yawn) specials this month, is a difficult thing to figure out. In Australia, the average restaurant or licensed premise has 50 different salespeople calling on them every month.
Complexica Pty Ltd, a leading provider of Artificial Intelligence software for optimising sales & marketing decisions, announced today that it was named winner of the 2018 Australian Business Award for CRM Innovation. Complexica’s “Touchless” CRM provides a single view of each customer, a historical record of all interactions, and a variety of reports, alerts, and notifications – all without burdening end users with data entry. As sales staff go about their job, “Touchless” CRM monitors their plans, tasks, and executed activities, and automatically updates the appropriate customer record (hence the name “Touchless”). The less time that sales teams spend updating CRM, the greater their compliance will be. For more information on Complexica's Touchless CRM, please visit: https://www.complexica.com/touchless-crm
